Het blijft onrustig rondom Donald Trump. De Amerikaanse president Donald Trump betrad een sportveld in Atlanta om voor een footballmatch het volkslied mee te zingen. Toen hij het veld betrad werd hij begroet met enthousiast gejuich, maar door anderen werd hij uitgejoeld. Maar toen 'werd ingezet richten mensen op sociale media zich op het bewegen van de mond van Trump. De supporters van Trump zeiden vervuld van trots te zijn dat hij met zijn hand voor zijn hart stond. Critici zeiden dat het leek alsof hij de tekst was vergeten. Hij zong in elk geval niet alle woorden. Op de is te zien hoe hij sommige woorden meezingt, andere woorden slikt hij in, pauzeert hij of houdt hij zijn lippen op elkaar. Trump was vorig jaar nog erg ontdaan door footballspeler die knielde tijdens het volkslied om zo te protesteren tegen ongelijkheid. De president vond die actie niet respectvol.
